COACHING & GROUPS

Individual coaching provides focused support tailored to your needs, with an emphasis on understanding your specific triggers and developing more effective ways of responding in day-to-day situations.
Group classes offer a guided setting to learn and practice skills related to communication, empathy, and emotional regulation.
Weekly anger management groups are held on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and are open to individuals attending voluntarily, as well as those who are court-ordered or referred by family or workplace.

RELATIONAL STRAIN
&
CODEPENDENCY
You may find yourself taking on more than your share in relationships, having difficulty expressing your needs, or feeling resentful despite trying to keep the peace. Over time, these patterns can lead to ongoing strain and disconnection.
Therapy focuses on helping you recognize these patterns, set clearer boundaries, and communicate your needs in ways that feel more direct and effective.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
&
GROUP SERVICES

Individual therapy provides space for deeper exploration of patterns, emotional responses, and long-term change. Sessions are tailored to your specific concerns and goals.
Group services offer a guided, skills-based format with opportunities to learn and practice new strategies in a supportive setting.
ANXIETY

CHRONIC STRESS
Anxiety and ongoing stress often develop alongside long-term strain. You may find yourself feeling tense, overwhelmed, or constantly on edge.
