ANGER MANAGEMENT COACHING AND GROUPS

Anger management executive coaching and group classes provide clients with new anger management tools to help manage their daily life. While executive coaching sessions will tailor the anger management program material to the specific needs of the client, the group classes help clients practice newly learned skills for improving communication, empathy and emotional intelligence. I facilitate weekly Anger Management classes on Monday and Tuesday evenings to both court-ordered individuals, as well as those who attend voluntarily or have been recommended by their family or workplace.

This is an opportunity to discover yourself and grow by exploring your beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In individual therapy, the client is provided with a safe, encouraging environment that facilitates positive change and promotes healing from pain, dysfunction, or trauma.

COUPLES
THERAPY

It’s never too late to reignite your spark! This course of therapy helps couples improve communication skills, set healthy boundaries, and create common goals that both partners can work towards. I help couples adjust their approach with one another, supporting them as they learn healthier forms of communication so that their disagreements become opportunities for discussions about each partner’s needs and wants.

CHRONIC PAIN MANAGEMENT

Pain can be overwhelming, but it does not need to take over your life! With a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions and Mindfulness techniques, I help clients experiencing chronic pain move passed their stress, fear, anxiety, and despair. This in turn allows clients to find a new awareness of themselves, learn their limits, plan ahead, and maintain a positive perspective on their capabilities. Chronic pain management can create significant changes in your outlook on life, ultimately leading to discovering a more balanced, fulfilled and happier version of yourself.
