MEET SILVA

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT#121864) and Certified Anger Management Counselor specializing in anger, chronic pain, and relational strain. I work with individual adults who want to better understand their emotional responses, reduce the impact of ongoing pain, and change patterns that leave them feeling resentful or alone.
Across my practice, I focus on helping clients understand what their anger and physical symptoms are communicating so they can respond in ways that create steadier, more sustainable relief.

I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients across California, with limited in-person availability in Glendale.
