Service Description

Pain can be overwhelming, but it does not need to take over your life! With a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions and Mindfulness techniques, I help clients experiencing chronic pain move passed their stress, fear, anxiety, and despair. This in turn allows clients to find a new awareness of themselves, learn their limits, plan ahead, and maintain a positive perspective on their capabilities. Chronic pain management can create significant changes in your outlook on life, ultimately leading to discovering a more balanced, fulfilled and happier version of yourself. While I provide chronic pain management in individual sessions, both in person and via video conference, I also facilitate a Chronic Pain Support Group in Glendale for those who wish to build a community with others who understand their experience.
